Gron Haus was established after requests by Chefs to create high quality, consistent Gluten Free alternatives for Melbourne’s event market.
Our range of products are available to purchase through our online store, www.gronhaus.com.au, or from our purpose built Gluten Free factory and food-store in Mitcham. You can also find our products in selected quality supermarkets, food stores, and cafes. (Please see stockists page)
Our skill is creating Gluten Free food products for those that follow a Gluten Free diet. We also cater for those who have Fructose Malsbsorption allergies.
Some of our products are inspired by International cultures and some are our contemporary interpretations of classic favourites.
Gron Haus grew out of a small catering business operated by Fiona Richardson – ex-boardroom chef and passionate chef/pastry devotee. We’ve earned our reputation as one to trust amongst Melbourne’s chefs & caterers, delivering a consistently high-quality product on time, every time.
Our signature buttery gluten free pastry is wheat free, gluten free, and yeast free, and we have also included products that are safe for people with fructose malabsorption allergies.
Our selection of meals are wheat free, gluten free and egg free. We have detailed descriptions accompanying all products to assist with your selections. We have also included some choices of meals that are free from garlic and/or onion, but come with a portion of sauce and onion on the side for those sharing who can tolerate these ingredients. All our customers should be able to enjoy our meals together.
Our products are made fresh, then snap frozen to preserve the quality and flavour and to maximize shelf life. They are delivered to you frozen in our refrigerated (minus 18) van, or delivered by our trusted third party freight company.
On delivery, please store all products in the freezer until required. Any meals to be re-heated and eaten within 5 days can be stored in the refrigerator.
